While we specialize in Orlandoo Hunter models, many of our parts (especially tools and generic components) are compatible with various micro and mini RC models. Product descriptions specify compatibility, or you can contact our support team for assistance.

Yes! We encourage hobbyists to combine orders with friends to qualify for our free shipping on orders over $50. We also periodically offer special discounts on items like our metal shock mounts (currently 40% off).

You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an account” option. This will allow you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.

Click on “Forgot password” on the login page and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive instructions to reset your password.

Orders are processed quickly (within 1-2 business days). Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel an order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Economy Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over $50, delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. Our streamlined customs clearance process ensures smooth delivery whether you’re in the US, Europe, or other supported regions.

We use RC-Model Ready Packaging specifically designed to protect small precision parts like 18mm wheel sets and 2S LiPo boards during transit. All items are securely packed to prevent movement and damage.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all payment transactions. For additional security, we recommend using PayPal which offers buyer protection.

Currently, we do not charge sales tax for international orders. For US customers, applicable state taxes will be calculated during checkout.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery if our parts don’t meet your expectations. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
