While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our Return Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our miniature RC components, hobby knives, tools, and kits. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our community of RC enthusiasts, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used tools (Hobby Knives, Pliers, Cutters & Tweezers, Screwdrivers)
- Custom or special order parts
- Opened kits (Kits, Science & Educational sets)
- Software or digital products
All returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if applicable
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please:
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Securely package items to prevent damage
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to our facility at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your replacement once the return is received and approved
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item/package
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Declare the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
